Gear to no gear, apples to oranges! I squat everyday now. Down to the toilet seat and back up!

Ha, LOL! That made me laugh for the first time today. Leave it to Jim, he can talk himself into anything. Gotta love it!

For the first time it is starting to feel better. I can bench now, go back to doctor Monday to find out about squat/deadlift. I'll be up when he says I'm good. I miss it plus I'm sure I've gotten so weak.

going on the road today so I had to cram a bunch of stuff in. wanted to dl earlier in the week but my low back got out of whack and had to go to the chiropractor. I don't mind doing a MEDL and ME squat in the same day, but if you do 2 workouts and one or more is free weight the second workout will suffer to much. The 8 reps on the dl felt great but probably cost me a rep or two with the squat. Just not sure if that's worth it all the time. Then was able to get a good 1b, just ran out of steam with the 3b and 5b. Chris and I did one workout right after the other, Joe and Paul jumped in on the boards. Was a good day. Joe said some cop in Jersey wants to come and train with us, used to powerlift. You better get back soon, we might just find your replacement.

I'm going back in to the military so you may need to replace me. Already dropped 32 pounds and still going down. I'll be 220 in a month or 2 when the dust settles. I'll come up before I leave.

That was a pretty kick ass TBDL workout. 730x1 to 720x3 is huge!

I think if you max you should go for 770-775. I don't know how tough the 730x3 was but that would easily put you at 765. Still going in the Army. Weight is already down in the 240s from 306. Where is the competiton at?
