Joe is currently training for the raw bench exhibition at the Olympia which is being held on Sept. 29. So, we incorporated some raw work in addition to his normal shirted workouts.
Joe has to drop to 165 for the Olympia, then he'll be back up to 181 for a meet sometime in Oct or Nov.
