im currently training in the woods.. i got boards, chains, and a homemade dragging sled..
im following the old JA training cycles.. speed work with chains on bench and squat once every 5 days, followed by max effort with chains once every 5. deadlifting raw once every ten days. quick pulls, reverse hypers, and sled work on days following squat/dead work outs.
