thanks for letting me join your board ---i`m a fifty year old wantabe powerlifter------going to do a bench raw/gear only meet in october going to this in phases in 6 monthes do a push/pull than in a year i`m going to do a full meet i`m recovering from a pelvic injury had an industial accident about 8 monthes ago had 2500lbs of duct dropped on me spent 10 days in the hospital a month in a wheelchair and 3 monthes on crutches ---------so i have a long way to go to regain what strength that i had before the accident especially on my dead and squat

I just turned 45, you have nothing but time and can make great strength gains well into your 50's.
