Just a line or two saying thanks to you Jim for the time you take to give your advise to whom every wants it. Thanks also goes to the others who post information and comments, I appreciate it.
I lifted for about 4 years without missing very many workouts, then life got in the way and I didn't lift for almost three years except occasionally. I told myself that when the time was right I would get back to lifting. The time is right.
I've been at it for a few weeks and it feels like finding an old friend. I found your system back then and have come back to it again. It just feels right to me and the slight adjustments you have made since that time make even more sense now. The amount I can lift on my best day is not very much. That isn't so important to me but, improving on that amount is important.
Thanks again.

Thanks for the post. I've added the video clips on youtube so that everyone can get a visual of what we do here, pretty simple stuff in my opinion. Everyone trains the same here, from the newest 14 year old kid to Joe Mazza. This training when done correctly works for everyone.

I purchased a couple of your video tapes (DVD) back in 2005. I still have them They helped me understand much of what you were saying in the posts. So, I have basic understanding, now it's time to pull them back out and put my limited knowledge back to work.
