Which is more important? I see that both are done on ME day. If a guy could pick one because of time constraints which should he choose?
Would it be wise to alternate between the two? ME Cycle 1 use reverse band. ME cyle 2 use heavy band tension in a shirt. Then keep flip flopping.
Which do you think?

sent you a message about the tapes. no doubt, ME bench, training against the resistance is far more beneficial, not even close. As you will see on the tapes, reverse band bench has it's benefits. Allows the lifter to lock out all the weight, the way we do it, and also teaches the lifter to get the weight down faster and to be more explosive all the way through to lock out. Doing both in the same workout is still a quick workout, we do this workout every other week.
