hello all my name is josh, i live in henderson tn, and workout at gold's gym in jackson tn, i just started powerlifting about 2 months ago. my PR's are bench 250 deadlift 345 and squat 345 ive been following a 5x5 program but am always looking to improve so if anyone has suggestions please share with me

as with any other system, you need to invest a certain amount of time in reading stuff on this site. This system is based on increasing your strength through the use of bands. I would recommend at the very least obtaining one of my videos, that will explain in detail how we train, then you can better decide if this system is good for you. In the template section under 'simplified template' the workouts posted are those of a 14 year old kid that I train with my son. This system can work for anyone as long as it is properly implemented.
