I could careless who uses the JA template, teaches it, incorporates all or parts of it into their personal training. But when someone like Gene takes my system and renames it as his own, I get a little bent. You wonder why Gene won't post his training log, sells video's, gives seminars? Because he still does this system. I submitted the JA template to the U.S. Copyright office. The reg. # is TXu1-230-760.
My brother Chris is an attorney. A while back he sent Gene a letter basically telling him if he continued to promote my system as his own, or tried to sell video's promoting my system as his own that we would see him in court. Chris also informed Gene that I didn't mind if he taught my system or made money teaching it, but that Gene had better acknowledge that it's my system. Rumor has it that the reason Gene had me booted from the IPA was because of this letter. Boo Hoo Hoo!

Whatever happened to the training video that Gene was supposed to come out with this past April? What an egg head!

Good, all that does is reinforce what I've been saying all along, he still does JA! The big problem is that Gene cannot express himself, he cannot coach worth a damn. It's one thing to apply the system to yourself, it's another to try and teach it to a wide variety of lifter's. Everyone is different and Gene can't coach the system. All he is doing is spreading the word. FYI, he still doesn't have a pot to piss in.
