SSB- safety squat bar. If you don't have one, follow the same rep scheme as prescribed on day 3.
1/2, half over and double all mean the same. we double the bands instead of choke.
FB- fat bar, also Apollon's Axel bar which can be purchased from Iron Mind.
CG- close grip
MGLO- medium grip lock out
GM- good morning
CSGM- close stance good morning
WSGM- wide stance good morning
2B, 3B, 4B- 2 board, 3 board, 4 board
