Day 1 Squat, add 30-50 pounds, 3-4 reps speed 8 x 2 + 1/2 band Day 2 heavy sled 4 x 200ft. WSGM 1 x 1-3 quick squats 2 x 15 + 1/2 band rev hypers 2 x 15
Day 3 bench, add 10-20 pounds, 3-4 reps Touch set, add 15-25 pounds FB speed 8 x 3 + 1/2 band
Day 4 light sled 4 x 200 ft.
Day 5 FBCG 1 x 3 + band combo B 2B 1 x 3 same 3B 1 x 3 same 4B 1 x 3 same MGLO 12th 1 x 3 + band combo B 13th 1 x 3 same pull-ups weight B
Day 6 MEDL 1 x 1-3 + dbl 1/2 mini ME Squat 1 x 1-3 + Band Combo D
Day 8 ME Bench 1 x 1-3 + Band Combo C FB Dec 1 x 1-3 + Dec band combo C FB Inc 1 x 1-3 + Inc band combo C
Day 7, 9 & 10 are optional, I'd ease up. Day 8 should be done no later than on a Tues., prior to a Sat meet.
