I have viewed Jims Videos, and have learned a great deal from them. Specifically good morning techniques/variations. Best of luck to you Jim and its great to see my boy Mazza on here, what a fantastic bencher and even better person. I dont get a chance to get on here often but think there is a great group of folks on here.

Thanks for the post, Brent. How's the dl going? I added the trap bar dl to my dl routine. I do my free weight work with the trap bar and my band work with a dl bar. My dl strength has taken off. Pulled 630 x 8. Any thoughts?

Thats some good reps bro! We have spoke (for those that dont know) in depth about dl stuff, swapping advice back and forth. I feel that the reverse band dl if set up exactly right is very beneficial. I think that a new set of blue bands at around 5 feet 10 to six feet is a good height for a 600 puller and up. I just dont feel reps do anything for the dl for most. I pulled 600 for 10 reps raw and still was stuck at that time. I feel the gm's done your style and heavy, with speed work against the bands, and on max DL day reverse dl with blue bands is a pretty good mini cycle. Include very heavy bent rows and heavy abs, some lat stuff and squat deep and wide, and you will have a PR, I have incorporated a similar routine and finally after many injuries hit a PR in the gym, this after 2 torn pecs, a partially torn bicep and several knee injuries. If you concentrate on the DL it will def improve. Thanks again for your help Jim!
