I'm Dan, 24 years old, a 181er, and I live in Hawaii \m/
When I left WSB and started this program, I had about a 330 bench, 455 squat, and maybe a 500 deadlift. In less than a year of actual training time I'm at a 370 bench, 655 squat, and 600 deadlift. My training partners are improving even faster than I am, as I'm sure they'll comment on.
Anyone can do this program. All it takes is a few big rubber bands, a couple of boards, and the heart to lift when you're supposed to and commit yourself to something difficult. It's a leap of faith and probably goes against what people at your gym consider "normal," but screw 'em; who wants to be "normal" if it means you bench 185 pounds. Unorthodox methods yield extraordinary results.
Feel free to reply or IM me with any questions.
Dan
