:DHi all, I'm a 40 year old lifter with some history in olympic and powerlifting. Life has brought me to the Northern Virgina area. I use my home set-up and the P.A.L.'s equipment on work days and midnight shift. I've checked the site for a short time and finally registered. I'm trying to learn more about the JA template but can't seem to find it. Is it available or just through the training logs.

look in the articles and template section, cycles 1-6 is the template. I personally have eliminated alot ofhe training days, I just don't need them. You can compare the template to my logs and you can get a good idea of what I do personally.
