Just thought I would make my first post , a hello post and to briefly introduce myself.
I've been lifting for about 6 or 7 years now, mostly casual lifting. Last year I ran a westside routine routine and bumped my numbers up considerably in a short amount of time.
My best at that time was:
Squat: 435 Bench: 365 Dead: 535
I hurt my shoulder, RC related, and haven't really lifted heavy since. Mostly focused on rehabbing the shoulder.
The shoulder is feeling better and I really want to get back into more of a powerlifting groove and get going on a routine. My routine of choice is a Korte 3x3, which I will be starting on this upcoming Tuesday. If there is a place for journals on this site I will gladly start up a journal.
Anyway, glad to be part of the site.

feel free to post in the 'new to JA log section'. Not sure how familiar you are with this system, but it is based on Westside principles.
