just introducing myself.
james burdette I lift wherever its fun.
i dig liftin and training. I train my own way(kinda a mix of four different methods). It changes due to what I need to work on. boards/pin presses/floor presses for lockout. bands bands bands for acceleration. raw work and of course more bands and chains raw. did i mention that i do lots of bands?
just checkin the place out guys.

I will start posting my log here. Great lookin site. I double my bands also. I alternate from week to week where i attach the bands to dumbells right above my touching point to attaching the bands up near my head(on the bench)(that way i get more tension the closer I get to touching)(i can be more stable at the bottom this way) I do post on goheavy. I did the arnold this year and am doing more wpo meets in the near future. I compete in the 181s. usually bench only. but i am going to try my hand at doing three lift meets again. My board training is just as important as my band training(imo).
great info on this site.

I'm training with Joe Mazza on Sat's right now, he is a solid 180 currently. he does the heavy band work with me as well. mid week we hit the boards with bands, but with our shirts. little or no raw work. great to have you on the site.
