Doc,
The last several weeks, especially when I do chest, I have been experiencing severe muscle cramps a few hours after I work out. I drink alot of water as I exercise and have not been doing anything different except for the fact that I keep getting older, 47 years old. Any thoughts?

I'm not a doctor but water alone will not put minerals and electrolytes back into your system. I suggest to dring watered down gatorade before and during your workout. A lot of caffeinated drinks throughout the day can increase the likeliness of cramping as well.
