Sometimes i have sciatica pain in my hip(upper ass) and lower leg without any pain in my lower back at all. And there is a part of my left glute where if i massage it a little the pain will subside, and i can also feel it in my toes and lower leg when i rub that spot. Do you think its possible the my sciatic nerve runs through my pirifmoris muscle, i know this only happens in about 10% of people. I also know that most of the time when they here sciatica pain they think blown disk immediately, but i have no back pain what so ever. And my chiropractor says that my hip and leg pain is cause by imflamation in my glute. So i'm kinda curious what is causeing this pain.

This sounds like a classic piriformis syndrome. The treatment is simple - stretching and (if severe) local trigger point injection (into the muscle, not the nerve). The injection I have done many time and is quite simple and safe. Most physical therapists know how to stretch that area. It is difficult to describe here. I will look to see if there is any link to a site that illustrates these stretches.
