My lower lat, like right where it connects to my lower back constantly has a knot in it or it cramps up. Im going to see a massage therapist and have tried many other things... Turning causes it to knot up, so I stopped turning for a couple of days and it feels better.. When I lean back it knots up but my whole back cracks like mad which makes it feel better.
Anyone ever have this? Anyone have any ideas what I could do to try andd get it out?

I started having lots of back problems due to high tensions on ME squat day about a year ago. I saw a chiro for a while, which helped but cost too much. Moderating your tension levels on the squat will help in the long run. If you use heavy tensions for too long, it takes its toll on your back (I developed that same constant popping you're having). I'll let someone who can give you a better answer help out with your immediate problem.
Good luck getting fixed up!

Oh, right on. I read one of your posts that said you'd been switching back and forth from WSB to JA, and since bands are a staple of both programs I jumped to conclusions. My mistake!
Do you have any idea what it is from? If not, think back to the first time you remember it happening. Chances are it's from bad form, the reason behind the vast majority of gym injuries.
