upper tricep upper lat rotator cuff all left side same area last year took 5 months to come back part of problem is neck tightness causes pinched nerve old neck injury chiorpractor helping it i was a raw 350 bp now 300 not possible lightened up for 3months back to 270 left side got worse now d bell benching 100for lo reps right arm using 140 goofy setup but trying to keep some strength how long should i stay lite i plan on staying at 1oo lb dbelll left side for 10 weeks barbell benching 215 for 3 plan on going up 10 lbs every 16 days at 12 weeks deload barbell bp also was stupid today inzer dd open back came today tryed it on tyred to take 315 out of rack couldnot break it loose left arm very week doctor exam showed no muscles torn did not get mri i know it is overuse i use west side want to rehab and try ja been doing lo reps as high reps makes arm worse daniel
