There has been some discussion on this site about Iron Woody bands. His bands have received good reviews and are cheaper than Jumpstretch. I intend on trying the bands in the near future and will give my opinion, but from what I've heard they are more tense than jumpstretch, just need to see if they hold up when doubled for the ME squat workouts.

To take advantage of the JA Special please go www.ironwoodyfitness.com and click on the specials page. A box will open up and ask you for the password, type in parrish in lower case. password: parrish This special will be from now til the end of November or until we've sold out what was allotted for the JA Special. Three more items to cover: 1) The fractional plates are being released from Customs on the 28th of October and will be ready to ship on the 2nd or 3rd of November. 2) The KettleGrips are on the boat now. We will ship them around the end of November or first week of December. We have 1200 KettleGrips being shipped and have presold 1025 to wholesalers. So there are a 175 left. I'm not trying to do a sales job on you to hurry up and buy I'm just informing you on the status. 3) HeavySport has allocatted us 50 each of the 400# & 500# grippers. We have already presold 21-400's and 28-500's. There are only 400-400's being made and only 300-500's being manufactured. I like the grips and but I can only close the 250# with my right hand and not my left. I don't have a clue what you would do with a 500# but people buy them. We are posting this message in three different forums. Please e-mail us with any questions. Thank you Jim for your support. Also want to thank the JA forum members for your support and kind words.
