hey jim im also sponsored by ken anderson from titan, and he is altering my katana shirt. im a huge rookie to shirt benching. will it be ok if i send you sum videos of me training in a shirt, and you can tell me what im doing wrong and need to fix thanks....

have you benched in your shirt yet? if so, have you touched your chest with the bar while wearing the shirt? if so, how much weight was on the bar?

ok ill check it out but yea im a huge rookie in shirted benching i had a old loose inzer phenom a yea ago i almost got it to touch with 365 and my max bench at the time was like 415-420

check out the video. you'll see that when a shirt is properly fitted, you'll need well over 500 to touch.
