hit 345 on bench which was easy today should be on track for 370 in six weeks but i let my personality cause a boo boo finished up the rest of my workout bp [super mini doubled] 135x3,135x3,135x3 ez curl closegrips[super mini choked and 4wraps]185x6,185x6,185x6 widegrip pulldowns 190x10,190x10,190x10 side laterals 35x6,35x6,35x6 skullcrushers 125x 6,125x4 boom i felt my elbow tweak dont think i hurt anything real bad but will not being doing anymore direct tri work for a while hammer curls 40x10,40x10,40x10 here i am sitting here with a bag of ice on my arm as i post this man i am stupid should have been happy with being on track but like a said my personality got in the way man am i stupid

hardest thing for lifters to get used to when trying this system are the short and quick workouts. once we eliminated all the assistance work and learned to let our muscles recover between workouts our strength just took off. You have to be disciplined, when you are used to doing all the extra stuff, it's tough to sit around for a few days resting and then your workout only lasts 15 minutes. the bands develop tremendous strength, you don't need all the other stuff.
