Because of my work schedule and the distance that I have to travel to the gym, I can only train heavy twice a week. I bench either Monday or Tuesday depending on my hours and SQ/DL on Wednesday. My other days are spent at home with KBs that I keep in the trunk of my car.
Is there any way to combine the bench/tri w/os?
For example, I can still do free weight work one week and on the alternating week I can do ME work combined with tri work.
An example of an ME/tri day might be to max out on a one board, then proceed to a 3B. Another week, max out on a 2B then proceed to a 4B.
I'm kind of stumped however if I should rotate the boards once through every 3 cycles or stick to the same board combination for a 3 week cycle.
Eg. 1 1. DE 2. 2B/4B mini 3. DE 4. 2B/4B mon mini 5. DE 6. 2B/4B purple 7. DE 8. 1B/3B mini 9. DE 10. 1B/3B mon mini 11. DE 12. 1B/3B purple
or
2. 3B/5B mini (or small & mini) 4. 2B/4B mini (or small) 6. 1B/3B mini (or mon mini) or possibly even use heavier band tension at the upper boards
I understand that it is not ideal nor is it the way the program is set up, but I can only do what my current situation allows and am looking for the best possible alternative.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

if you can bench Monday then throw in some boards on Wed after you squat, we do this very thing as well. with everyone's schedule it's tough to have a bench day and a board day. some weeks we can do it, if not we squat then do boards with Mazza on Sunday.
