as long as your bar weight is under 100 pounds for your heaviest tension.

jim-just finishing my last cycle, cycle 3 and hit 395 x3---thanks and I am definitely getting a ton stronger. i too dropped weight to stay closer to 165 and lost little if any strength.
for my next cycle, thoughts on band rotation. I did struggle (tension sometime with med and 2 minis was unbelievable) a bit with this band rotation but made significant progress. the 3rd rep on yesterdays w/o with 395 nearly touch and moved that with little difficulty. What is your recommendation for my next cycle and i have listed below what my last cycle was remembering i did 1,2 and 3 board, not 2 3 and 4 board. The rest of my w/o are on my log.
2mini, small and mini, med and mini 3 mini, small and 2 mini, med and 2 mini ME day: small and 1 mini, small and 3 mini, med and 2 mini s
thanks for your continued help.

everyone gets to the point that it may take several cycles before you increase your tension. for us, rotating through three different band rotations, we are pretty much set in our rotations. once you can handle larges with minis and or monster minis you will be able to set up multiple 3 band rotations. keep working, once you get into the larges and beyond, that's when the real strength comes.
