sometimes the joints have to get used to the bands, I'd try working throught it a tad longer.

Yes you're right Jim.I will lower the weight a bit and still use the bands and keep going.

#3-5 Cut the weight down slightly and managed to get more reps out. Did not have any elbow pain!

I have had my bench shirt stolen! Someone took it from my gym bag the other day.I have never seen anyone else at my gym use one so i do not think it will be of any use. I have had to do the last 2 bench workouts raw. with the economy being as it is and with me being on short time at work i don't think i can afford another just yet. Any thoughts on my training Jim? I still have the squat and dead lifter so they will stay the same i presume. I am a raw lifter anyway so the loss isn't a major blow for a competition.
